Stewart’s current work in progress, The Warrior and the Peacemaker, follows two extraordinary athletes from the 1912 Stockholm Olympics through the major conflicts of the 20th century: George S. Patton Jr. (America’s great battlefield general) and Philip Noel-Baker of Britain (legislator, government minister and winner of the Nobel Peace Prize for his peace advocacy).
