Lee Ann Potter is the Director of Professional Learning and Outreach Initiatives at the Library of Congress, where she leads a talented team committed to informing, inspiring, and engaging educators, librarians, early researchers, and literacy champions. She directs the Teaching with Primary Sources grant program and the Literacy Awards program; and started her career as a high school social studies teacher.
