Mark Mills currently serves as the Associate Director of Advancement for the Office of the Under Secretary for Education. Over the past 25+ years, Mark has served in major museums including the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Franklin Institute, Barnes Foundation, High Museum of Art and the Phillips Collection working to secure philanthropic support and engagement. He holds a B.A in Public Communications and Literature and his Masters in Arts Administration from American University, Washington, D.C.. He is a graduate of the Getty Leadership Institute and serves on the American Alliance of Museums’ Development and Membership Board. He also previously taught at Philadelphia’s University of the Arts in their Museum Communications Masters program.
