Jennifer Wright leads the Archives and Information Management Team within the Smithsonian Libraries and Archives. For over two decades, she has been providing records management guidance, appraising and acquiring records, and processing and describing new collections. Jennifer takes special interest in adapting existing records management and archival procedures, guidance, and workflows to address the ever-evolving methods of doing business, including the rise of born-digital records, email, websites, and social media. Jennifer holds an MLS with a concentration in Archives, Records, and Information Management from the University of Maryland and a BA in History from Susquehanna University.
