Hunter-Dawson State Historic Site

The Hunter-Dawson home illustrates the lifestyle and culture prior to the Civil War of one particularly wealthy southeast Missouri family. The home was lived in by three generations of the same family over the course of almost 100 years. Approximately 85% of the furniture in the house is original.

Tour times are 10 a.m., 11 a.m., noon, 1 p.m., 2 p.m. and 3 p.m.
