The Museum moved and reopened to a newly renovated building in Oak Brook, Illinois in late 2019, sixteen miles west of downtown Chicago. The move enabled the Museum to display new pieces including the 5-foot tall, Altar of the Green Jade Pagoda and the Imperial Screen among many other exhibits.

Amenities include a Museum Shop, lecture hall and Museum rentals. Group tours are welcome with reservations. The Museum is ADA accessible and open year-round.
