Meet the county’s earliest settlers and builders, understand the impact of the Civil War, learn about West Point’s first African American graduate and his family, immerse yourself in the grand Victorian Resort Era, and explore the evolution of Thomas County’s expansive hunting plantations.

Exhibits

Museum Day tickets may be redeemed for a self-guided tour of the Thomasville History Center. This includes: a brief orientation video, access to the interior exhibits located in the historic Flowers-Roberts House, and access to the grounds.

Guests of all ages are invited to complete a scavenger hunt of artifacts found in and around the History Center!

Participation in Museum Day is open to any tax-exempt or governmental museum or cultural venue on a voluntary basis.
